The Role & Responsibilities

- Build, document, and test scalable web components using React, TypeScript, and Storybook.
- Lead the evolution of our Web Design System, ensuring strict decoupling of UI components from business logic.
- Collaborate with visual designers to enforce design tokens (colours, typography, spacing) and maintain 100% parity between Figma design specs and code.
- Drive web app performance, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive cross-browser rendering.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of professional web frontend engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Storybook, React / Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS architectures (Tailwind / CSS Modules / Styled-Components).
- Strong understanding of atomic design principles, component isolation,



state management, and API integration.
- Experience setting up automated visual regression testing (e.g., Chromatic, Percy) is a strong plus.
