We're hiring: Marketing Manager (Full-Time, Remote) | Namaste Global

Namaste Global is looking for one person to own our entire marketing function, end to end. There's no team behind this role yet. Strategy, paid campaigns, content, design, automation, and the revenue that comes out of it all sit with one person. If you need a team around you to execute, this isn't the right fit.

This is a performance role first. Content and brand voice matter, but you're being hired to generate measurable revenue through marketing, not just engagement or reach.

What you'll own:

- Full ownership of paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including budget, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
- Marketing automation and lead scoring, so leads convert instead of sitting idle
- All brand content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, written and produced by you, not outsourced
- Video editing, website optimization, and campaign execution, hands-on, not delegated
- Turning performance data into revenue decisions, what to scale, what to cut, what to try next
- Direct accountability for how marketing contributes to actual business growth, not just vanity metrics

What we're looking for:





- 5+ years running paid campaigns with real budget ownership and revenue accountability
- A track record of setting campaign strategy yourself, not executing someone else's brief
- Hands-on experience building workflows in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with work you can show us
- Comfort reading performance data and connecting it directly to revenue outcomes
- Experience using AI tools to strengthen targeting, content, and engagement

This role is remote and open to candidates from any location in India. You'll get exposure to international projects across tech, life sciences, and business expansion.
