As a Wealth Advisor – Pre-IPO, you will play a key role in acquiring HNI and UHNI clients for unlisted shares. You will be responsible for understanding client financial needs and delivering tailored investment solutions across our wealth ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and interact with potential HNI and UHNI clients with a focus on high-quality lead conversion and portfolio growth.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Plan daily outreach based on lead priority, sales funnel size, and objectives set with the Sales Head.
- Solution Fitment:



Match unlisted shares and broader financial products to client investment goals.
- Follow-up & Reporting: Proactively follow up on assigned leads, track progress, and propose mitigation strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices and work closely with leadership to drive business growth.

Candidate Profile

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a sales environment with a proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio growth.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.

Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, planning, and relationship-building skills.

Mindset: Passion for sales, wealth advisory, and achieving ambitious business targets.
