Role Description The Voucher Sales Executive will work full time in office in Chennai, focusing on selling and promoting vouchers and gift cards within ecommerce and retail channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting voucher solutions, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with retailers, corporate clients, and partners, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports.

The executive will coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory availability, and customer support, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics. The position also requires ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to company policies, and consistent follow-up to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills in ecommerce and retail, including lead generation,



client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present offerings clearly and handle queries and objections effectively.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, forecast demand, and use data to improve results.
- Familiarity with voucher, gift card, or similar promotional products, and understanding of retail operations and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort using sales or CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field; relevant sales experience in ecommerce or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, with flexibility to visit client locations as required.
