About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Videographer cum Video Editor who can independently handle video shoots and editing for social media, corporate assignments, events, weddings, and brand projects.

The ideal candidate should be confident with both videography and professional video editing, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot social media reels, product videos, showroom content and brand campaigns
- Handle corporate assignments, events and wedding shoots
- Operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, wireless microphones, and other equipment
- Plan shots and independently manage video coverage during shoots
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form corporate/event/wedding videos
- Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, and sound design
- Add text, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Deliver videos in the required formats and aspect ratios
- Handle revisions and meet project deadlines
- Organise footage, project files, and final exports properly

Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in both videography and video editing
- Solid video editing skills are essential
- Good understanding of framing,



composition, lighting, and camera settings
- Ability to create engaging hooks, pacing, transitions, and trend-based content
- Ability to independently manage shoots from planning to final delivery
- Comfortable coordinating during client shoots
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for shoots
- Comfortable working in a small team with ownership of projects
- Occasional weekend work may be required

SoftwareMust Have:

- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects

Good to Have:

- CapCut
- Adobe Audition
- Final Cut Pro
- Lightroom

EquipmentExperience with

- Mirrorless/DSLR cameras
- Gimbals
- Lighting equipment
- Wireless microphones

Own camera is an advantage and candidates with their own camera can be considered for a salary of up to ₹45,000/month. Candidates without a camera can apply as well, with salary starting from ₹30,000/month.
