About the Role

TBWX is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team and create engaging video content for our growing food and franchise brands.

You will work on Instagram Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, outlet launch content, product videos and other social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels and promotional content.

Turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos.

Add transitions, text, subtitles, music, sound effects and basic motion graphics.

Create content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Edit product, food, outlet and franchise-related videos.

Adapt content to current social media trends and formats.

Work closely with the Marketing & Brand team on creative briefs.

Create multiple versions of content for different campaigns and platforms.

Maintain organised project files and deliver content within deadlines.

Experiment with AI tools to improve editing, ideation and content production workflows.

Requirements





1–3 years of experience in video editing preferred.

Strong understanding of Reels and short-form content.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools.

Good understanding of pacing, transitions, music and visual storytelling.

Strong creative sense and attention to detail.

Ability to work quickly and handle multiple content requirements.

Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI-powered creative tools.

Portfolio is required.

Good to Have

Motion graphics skills.

Basic graphic design knowledge.

Experience working with food, lifestyle or D2C brands.

Knowledge of AI video and image generation tools.

Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats.
