We’re looking for a creative who can take a business idea, imagine the visual story and produce a polished video using AI avatars, generated visuals and original animation.

You’ll work directly with marketing leadership and help shape our video style across thought leadership, product explainers and campaigns.

Our audience includes CEOs, CFOs, commercial leaders and private equity operating partners at companies with $200 million to more than $10 billion in annual revenue.

Our clients operate through branches, field sellers, inside sales teams and distributor channels. Your videos will explain opportunities such as reaching overlooked customers, improving gross profit and helping sellers make better decisions.

What you’ll create

Most projects begin with an approved script rather than filmed footage. You’ll create:

- Avatar-led videos featuring a consistent digital presenter.
- Business explainers combining narration, diagrams and motion graphics.
- AI product demonstrations showing how a workflow supports sales decisions.
- Campaign videos for LinkedIn, websites, webinars and presentations.

The style should be polished, transparent and credible for senior executives.

What you’ll own

HeyGen avatar production

- Produce videos using established or custom avatars.
- Configure presenter appearance, voice, backgrounds and brand elements.




- Refine pronunciation, pauses, pacing and delivery.
- Combine avatar segments with captions, charts, supporting visuals and animation.
- Maintain a consistent presenter style across recurring content.

Higgsfield visual production

- Create supporting scenes and video sequences from text or image references.
- Refine prompts for composition, lighting, camera movement and visual consistency.
- Check generated footage for artifacts, relevance and continuity.
- Integrate selected clips into a coherent finished story.

ElevenLabs voice production

- Generate natural narration with accurate pronunciation and consistent tone.
- Match narration timing to avatar segments and visual sequences.
- Clean and balance voiceovers, music and other audio.

After Effects motion design

- Build original animations from scratch.
- Create frameworks, process flows, data visuals and kinetic typography.
- Develop editable templates and reusable motion components.
- Use Essential Graphics, expressions or comparable workflows to accelerate repeat production.

Editing and delivery

- Take projects from script and storyboard through final export.
- Adapt videos across lengths and aspect ratios.
- Incorporate feedback and meet agreed deadlines.
- Maintain organized source files and document reusable workflows.

What you bring
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and finished AI-assisted video work.
- Hands-on HeyGen experience, including avatar-led videos you personally produced.
- Hands-on Higgsfield experience, with generated visuals used in finished work.




- Practical ElevenLabs experience for voice generation and refinement.
- Strong Adobe After Effects skills, including original motion graphics.
- Good judgment in typography, pacing, composition and sound.
- Clear English communication and dependable remote collaboration.
- The ability to explain your contribution, workflow and production time.

Bonus points: B2B, SaaS, consulting or financial explainers; custom avatar setup; sound design; After Effects scripting; or automated production workflows.

You don’t need prior industrial expertise. You must be willing to learn how customers, branches, sellers, pricing and gross profit connect so your videos explain the business accurately.

Monthly production expectations

We want a consistent flow of finished content. Use this brief to estimate your monthly capacity:

- Length: 60–90 seconds per video.
- Provided inputs: Approved script, brand guidelines and an established avatar.
- Required finish: Avatar presentation, captions, supporting visuals, light motion graphics and polished audio.
- Revisions: One consolidated revision round.
- Delivery: One primary format plus one aspect-ratio adaptation.
- Working commitment: 40 hours per week, including production, meetings, revisions and file management.
