About the Cradlewise Design Team

Cradlewise Design is a close-knit team of User Experience Designers, Visual Designers, and Video editors from all over the world. We have offices in both the US and in India. We create experiences to help every family sleep and live better, through science-driven solutions, and it's the role of the team to humanize and create every touchpoint with empathy and support.

About the Role

Cradlewise is looking to hire a Full Time video editor that will join us and be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about video editing and will have a solid hands-on experience with motion graphics. Whose work demonstrates a strong grasp of visual flow, visual communication, software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Figma, and AI-assisted editing tools.

The candidate will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing,



engaging content for our social media channels, website, and ad campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Edit and produce both long-form and short-form content for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
- Adapt and optimize video creatives for paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) in close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Develop impactful visual communication assets using various software to meet business goals and brand guidelines.
- Create energetic motion graphics, GIFs, and other media formats (WebP, Lottie, etc.).
- Occasionally assist with shooting content (product shots, social content, behind-the-scenes) alongside primary editing responsibilities.

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Experience 2–3 years of relevant industry experience (or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design,



Mass Communication, or related fields).
- Technical Skills Strong mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and design tools like Figma. Familiarity with CapCut and AI editing tools is a plus.
- Creative & Trends Passionate and up-to-date with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and best practices.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and openness to constructive feedback and quick iterations.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines.
- Comfortable picking up a camera occasionally to shoot supporting content.
