Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role based in Mumbai. The Veterinarian will perform routine examinations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and provide preventive healthcare such as vaccinations and wellness counseling. Daily responsibilities include performing and overseeing surgeries, managing emergency and critical care cases, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging.

The role involves collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff,



maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring high standards of clinical quality and patient safety. The Veterinarian will also communicate clearly with pet parents, educate them on treatment options and home care, and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical protocols and client experience.

Qualifications

- Possess strong clinical skills in small animal medicine, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care.
- Demonstrate competence in surgical procedures, anesthesia management, and post-operative care.
- Be skilled in interpreting diagnostic tests such as laboratory workups, radiography, and other imaging modalities.
- Exhibit excellent communication and client education abilities, with a focus on empathy and clear explanation of medical information.
- Show effective teamwork and leadership capabilities when working with veterinary technicians and support staff.
- Hold a recognized veterinary degree (e.g., BVSc or equivalent) and current license/registration to practice veterinary medicine in India.
- Bring strong record-keeping, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards.
- Prior experience in small animal practice, emergency care, or specialty services is beneficial.
