We are a bank-empanelled valuation firm looking for an energetic Property Valuer to handle site assessments and drafting of valuation reports.
Job Responsibilities
✅ Visit residential & commercial properties for site inspection.
✅ Gathering, verifying and compilation of property documents.
✅ Measure site dimensions, collect necessary data and photographs.
✅ Preparation of end-to-end valuation reports.
✅ Coordinate with clients and bank officials.
Preferred Candidates
? Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Experience in property valuation.
? Basic knowledge of building construction and property measurement
? Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply
? Bike & valid license for field visits.
