? WE’RE HIRING | VCISO / ISO 27001 & SOC 2 CONSULTANT ?

? Role: vCISO

? Location: Mumbai (Remote) Once every quarter, you will be required to visit the office

? Start Date: On or before 16 Oct 2026

⏳ Duration: 3 months (may be extended based on the client’s requirement)

? Engagement: 2 days a week

? Budget: ₹1250 Per Hour

? Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

? Scope of WorkISO 27001 -

1. Champion the implementation and readiness for ISO27001 audit
2. Review current preparedness/readiness for ISO 27001 implementation and audit.
3. Help configure Vanta for the ISO framework
4. Identify gaps on controls, policies, procedures etc
5. Draw up a time-based plan to reach ISO Readiness for audit and a tracker to monitor progress
6. Facilitation and coordination with respective teams to close identified gaps.
7. Help and Guidance on Controls implementation.
8. Conducting ISMS training session.
9. Be the company SPOC and lead during the External Audit
10. Additionally prepare responses to customer questionnaires (up to 2 each month), if needed.





SOC2 –

1. Preparation of a weekly/ month-wise compliance activity charter – Planning for periodic activities
2. Assessment of control effectiveness according to the frequency outlined in the charter, aligned with applicable standards such as SOC2 frameworks.
3. Facilitation and coordination with respective teams to close identified gaps.
4. Review and update information security policies, procedures, and other mandatory documentation annually, ensuring alignment with applicable standards.
5. Conducting ISMS awareness training sessions.
6. Ensuring the organisation’s readiness for compliance audit.
7. Advising on GRC training/tools etc.
8. Help and Guidance on Controls implementation
