Role Description The Vice President for Australia Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia, responsible for leading and expanding the firm’s Australia-focused immigration and visa services. This position oversees business development for Australia opportunities, including identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and designing service offerings tailored to prospective migrants and clients. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring teams, setting performance goals, reviewing client cases, and ensuring adherence to Australian immigration policies and ethical standards.

The role involves close collaboration with marketing and operations to develop targeted campaigns, streamline processes,



and maintain high client satisfaction.

The Vice

President will also represent the organization in key meetings, industry events, and stakeholder negotiations to promote Esse India’s Australia portfolio.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and management experience, including team supervision, strategic planning, and performance oversight.
- Strong background in immigration, international education, or global mobility, preferably with specific exposure to Australia-related opportunities.
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills, with experience in partnership building and client acquisition.
- Advanced communication and negotiation abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and confident public speaking.
- Sound understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management within professional services or consulting environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate across departments, and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
