Position: Senior US Staffing Analyst

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing and direct client hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in W2 recruitment, candidate relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements from sourcing to onboarding
- Work closely with direct clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Handle W2 hiring and other employment categories as required
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Negotiate rates, manage offers, and ensure successful closures
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring goals when required
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure compliance with client and internal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1 to 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing, preferably supporting direct clients
- Robust experience in W2 recruitment
- In-depth understanding of US staffing concepts, tax terms, visa classifications, and rate negotiations
- Proven track record of successful placements and client delivery
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with direct clients is highly preferred
- MSP experience will be an added advantage
- Strong delivery experience across IT and niche technology requirements
- Prior experience mentoring or guiding recruiters is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
