We are hiring for US IT Recruiter roles with i3 Infotek, Noida.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment with guidance from the recruitment team.
- Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platforms.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Update candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS/recruitment database.

Requirements





- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn the US Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time employment types.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn sourcing and recruitment techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates with relevant US Staffing training or internship experience can also apply.
