Role Description The Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area, responsible for managing and growing a team of sales and insurance advisors. This role involves driving business targets for life insurance products, monitoring team performance, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure effective prospecting, customer engagement, and policy conversion.

The Unit

Manager oversees daily sales operations, including pipeline management, reporting,



and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The position also requires building strong relationships with customers, supporting after-sales service, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or insurance distribution, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities, including mentoring, performance tracking, and motivation of sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage pipelines, and use basic MS Office or CRM tools for planning and reporting.
- Sound understanding of financial products, life insurance concepts, and regulatory compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant skilled certifications in insurance or finance are beneficial.
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven, on-site environment in the Greater Jaipur Area.
