Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Project Development

- Prepare master plans, urban development plans, regional plans, and land-use plans for assigned projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, demographic analysis, and spatial planning assessments.
- Analyze existing site conditions and prepare development proposals.
- Develop urban design concepts and planning frameworks for projects.

Technical & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to local development control regulations, zoning regulations, and statutory guidelines.
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory agencies for approvals and permits.
- Review planning documents and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.

Data Analysis & Documentation

- Conduct GIS-based analysis and prepare thematic maps.
- Gather and interpret demographic, socio-economic, environmental, and infrastructure data.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and planning documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, government agencies, and clients.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders.




- Support public consultation and engagement processes where required.

Project Monitoring

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Support project managers in delivering planning activities within timelines.
- Monitor project deliverables and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning / Urban Design / Architecture / Regional Planning or related field.
- Master's degree in Urban Planning / Town Planning (preferred).
- Experience of 8-15 years.

Experience & Skills:

- Experience in urban planning, master planning, infrastructure projects, or consultancy projects.
- Knowledge of development regulations, planning laws, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, MS Office, and planning software.
- Familiarity with urban analytics and spatial planning tools.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
