Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator role based in Delhi, India. The UGC Content Creator will produce short-form video and visual content featuring financial education, investment insights, and HC Capital’s services for use across social media platforms. Daily tasks include brainstorming content ideas with the marketing team, scripting videos, recording and presenting on camera, and collaborating with designers and editors to finalize content.

The role involves adapting content to platform-specific formats, engaging with audience feedback, and maintaining brand tone and compliance with financial communication guidelines.



The UGC Content Creator will also track content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging on-camera content, with strong presentation skills and comfort in appearing in short-form videos for social media.
- Skills in basic content planning, scripting, and storytelling for digital platforms, with an understanding of UGC best practices.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and trends relevant to finance and investing.
- Basic video production skills, including recording, framing, and collaborating with editors; experience using smartphones and simple recording equipment.

- General understanding or interest in finance, investments, and market concepts; ability to convert complex topics into simple, audience-friendly content.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple content tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media influencing, UGC campaigns, or a related creative role is preferred but not mandatory.
