Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unity 3D Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Unity 3D Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive applications and simulations, with a focus on mobile game development and immersive experiences aligned with security and industrial use cases.

Responsibilities include implementing gameplay mechanics, building levels and environments, integrating assets, and ensuring robust performance and stability across devices. The role involves working with augmented reality (AR) features, applying object-oriented programming principles, and collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. The developer will participate in code reviews,



optimize applications, document technical implementations, and help refine development workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Unity 3D and Mobile Game Development skills, including experience building interactive applications or games for mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Augmented Reality (AR) frameworks and tools used with Unity (e.g., AR Foundation, ARCore, ARKit).
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts, preferably in C# within the Unity ecosystem.
- Level Design capabilities, including creating engaging environments, gameplay flows, and user experiences within Unity.
- Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and profiling in Unity for mobile and other platforms.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and team-oriented development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with simulations, serious games, or applications for security, industrial, or government sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of 3D asset integration, basic scripting for UI, and understanding of physics and animation systems in Unity is beneficial.
