About the role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who uses AI as a core part of their design process and enjoys turning complex challenges into intuitive user experiences.
At EnKash, you’ll help shape payment products for finance teams across India, including spend dashboards, corporate onboarding and card management. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, bringing your ideas to life and refining them through quick feedback and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience using AI tools across research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes and microcopy
- Experience designing complex user flows, ideally in fintech, B2B or SaaS
- A thoughtful approach to design decisions that balances user needs, usability and business goals
- A portfolio that showcases your creative process, design decisions and final work
- Comfort collaborating with product and engineering teams and refining designs based on feedback
