and steam cycle equipment.Conduct detailed inspections of rotors, bearings, seals, blades, and other critical components to ensure integrity and compliance with operational standards.Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and engineering teams during major overhauls or upgrades.Technical Documentation and ReportingPrepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance analyses.Update maintenance records in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for equipment improvements, operational strategies, and reliability enhancement
