Role Description As a Travel Sales Consultant at ORN Journeys, you will guide prospective travelers through the process of selecting and booking curated travel experiences. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable itineraries, and manage bookings across transportation, stays, and activities.



You will respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, handle reservations changes and cancellations, and ensure accurate documentation of all travel details in company systems.

The role involves close coordination with internal operations and local teams to confirm availability, maintain service standards, and support travelers before departure. You will be expected to meet sales targets, follow up on leads, maintain robust customer relationships, and represent ORN’s brand and values in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise travelers and manage end-to-end itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to organize bookings, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records.
