Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Travel Consultant role based in the Bharat Nagar NFC Delhi Area.

The Travel

Consultant will advise clients on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination information, preparing quotations, and processing reservations accurately and on time. The role involves coordinating with travel partners, monitoring bookings, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Consultant will also maintain client records, follow up on leads, and support sales and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client communication and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, Basic Visa Requirements, and travel regulations.
- Experience using reservation systems and basic office software tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in the Bharat Nagar NFC Delhi Area and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; prior experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role is an advantage.
