Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Travel LYKKE is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the consultant will design customized travel itineraries, suggest destinations and experiences, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for individual and group travelers. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing travel advice, preparing quotations, coordinating reservations for flights, accommodations, and activities, and ensuring all bookings align with the brand’s experiential and sustainable ethos.

The consultant will maintain accurate records, follow up with travelers before and after trips, resolve issues promptly,



and collaborate with local partners to enhance the quality and authenticity of each itinerary.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored, experiential, and sustainable itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate flights, accommodations, local transport, and activities efficiently.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear travel guidance, and support travelers throughout their journey.
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel trends, and sustainable tourism practices is highly beneficial.
- Experience with reservation systems or travel booking platforms and proficiency in basic office software are preferred.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage, along with prior experience in a travel agency or travel planning role.
