Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for helping clients design and book tailored travel experiences. In this role, the consultant will advise customers on destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation options, ensuring that each trip aligns with the client’s preferences and budget. Day-to-day tasks include managing travel arrangements, preparing quotes, handling reservations, and coordinating changes or cancellations as needed.

The Travel

Consultant will provide prompt and professional customer service, resolve inquiries,



and maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions. The role also involves staying updated on travel trends, policies, and regulations to offer informed recommendations and safe travel options.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable destinations and itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including organizing transportation, accommodations, and activity schedules.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Reservations, ensuring clear communication, efficient booking processes, and timely issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or hospitality is beneficial, along with familiarity with booking systems and basic geographical knowledge.
- A diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate demonstrates strong practical skills.
