Ghumo Bihar is expanding its team, and we’re looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join us at our Patna office. If you enjoy talking to people, understanding their travel plans, and turning enquiries into bookings, this role could be a good fit for you.
Role: Travel Sales Executive
Location: Patna, Bihar
Work Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Explaining our group trips and travel packages
- Understanding customer requirements
- Following up with potential customers
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintaining lead and sales records
- Building relationships with customers
- Coordinating with the operations team when required
Compensation:
- Fixed Pay: ₹8,000/month
- Performance-based incentives
- Incentives become applicable after successfully completing 3 months with the company

Who we’re looking for:
- Good communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Strong follow-up ability
- Hindi is required; basic English preferred
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Experience in sales, telecalling, customer support or travel will be an advantage.
