We’re Hiring | Mechanical Design Head
PVJ Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced transformer mechanical design professional to lead our design team for power and distribution transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead mechanical design, including GA drawings, tanks, conservators, radiators and associated assemblies.
• Review fabrication drawings, material specifications and mechanical BOMs.
• Ensure designs address cooling, strength, lifting, transport and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical design, production, purchase and quality teams.
• Drive design standardisation, cost optimisation and timely drawing approvals.
Who we’re looking for:
A mechanical engineering professional with solid experience in transformer mechanical design, CAD tools and fabrication practices, along with the ability to lead a team and resolve manufacturing challenges.
