We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Business Development Trainee to support lead generation, prospect research, client outreach, and sales coordination. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in IT sales, business development, and client acquisition. Performance-based career progression in terms of role and remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Prospect Research: Identify target companies, industries, and decision-makers, and build and maintain accurate prospect databases using LinkedIn, Google, websites, and other sources.
- Customer Outreach: Execute email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to introduce company offerings, initiate conversations and drive systematic follow-ups.
- Lead Qualification: Understand prospect needs, decision-making structure, budget, timeline and opportunity potential, and qualify and hand over relevant leads to the Sales/BD Manager.
- Meeting & Sales Support: Coordinate client meetings and support presentations, proposals, quotations, SOWs,



meeting documentation and opportunity follow-ups.
- CRM & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline and activity records and prepare weekly sales MIS covering lead generation, outreach, meetings, opportunities and proposals.
- Market & Competitor Research: Research target markets, industries, competitors and emerging opportunities to identify and build focused prospect lists and strengthen the sales pipeline.

Qualification:
