We are expanding our Nursing Education and Simulation vertical and are looking for a dynamic professional who can combine nursing education expertise, simulation-based training and academic partnership development

Position Overview The Manager – Nursing Education & Academic Partnerships will be responsible for driving the delivery and growth of ONE Learning's nursing education programs through simulation-based training, clinical skills education, faculty development, competency assessment and academic collaborations.
The role combines academic leadership, simulation training, institutional engagement and partnership development.
The successful candidate will work closely with nursing colleges, universities, hospitals and healthcare institutions to understand their training requirements and develop long-term academic collaborations with ONE Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Nursing Education & Simulation-Based Training
Lead and deliver simulation-based nursing education programs.
Conduct hands-on clinical skills training using high-fidelity manikins, task trainers and simulation equipment.
Design and facilitate realistic clinical simulation scenarios.

- Clinical Skills Training
Conduct and supervise practical training across areas including:
Patient assessment and monitoring

- Academic Partnerships & Institutional Collaboration A key responsibility of this role will be to drive academic partnerships and collaborations for ONE Learning's Nursing Education and Simulation programs.
Responsibilities include
Identify and build relationships with nursing colleges, universities, hospitals, medical institutions and healthcare organizations.
Engage with Principals, Deans, Nursing Heads, Academic Directors, Nursing Superintendents and senior institutional leadership.
Understand institutional requirements for nursing education, clinical skills and simulation-based training.
Present ONE Learning's simulation ecosystem,
courses and academic solutions to prospective institutions.

Support development and execution of MoUs and long-term institutional partnerships.
Conduct simulation demonstrations and academic presentations for prospective partners.

Represent ONE Learning at nursing education conferences, seminars, workshops and industry forums.
Build a strong network of nursing educators, clinical experts and academic institutions.
Primary Objective
Build and expand ONE Learning's academic network and establish long-term institutional collaborations for simulation-based nursing education.
- Faculty Development & Train-the-Trainer
Design and conduct Faculty Development Programs for nursing educators.
Train faculty in simulation-based teaching methodologies.
Develop faculty capability in scenario design and facilitation.
Train faculty in structured debriefing techniques.
Support institutions in establishing simulation-based teaching practices.
Develop a network of visiting faculty and clinical subject-matter experts.
- Competency Assessment & OSCE
Develop OSCE/OSPE stations and clinical assessment frameworks.
Create practical skills checklists and competency assessment tools.
Conduct objective competency assessments.
Evaluate learner performance and provide structured feedback.
Identify learning gaps and develop remedial training plans.
Support partner institutions in implementing competency-based nursing education.
- Course & Content Development
Work with the ONE Learning academic, product and simulation teams to develop:
Nursing simulation modules
Clinical skills programs
Scenario-based learning modules

Short-term skill-development programs

- Institutional Workshops & Training
Plan and conduct nursing skill workshops at partner institutions.
Conduct simulation demonstrations and academic awareness programs.
Deliver clinical competency workshops.
Coordinate faculty and student engagement programs.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, seminars and academic events.
Represent ONE Learning as a Nursing Education and Simulation expert.
Travel to partner institutions as required.
- Simulation Lab & Program Operations
Ensure simulation labs are ready for scheduled programs.
Coordinate manikins, task trainers, equipment and consumables.
Ensure effective utilization of simulation equipment.
Maintain clinical consumable requirements and inventory.
Follow simulation-lab SOPs and safety protocols.
Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Support institutions in planning and operating nursing simulation laboratories.
- Learner Engagement & Mentoring
Mentor nursing students and healthcare professionals.
Monitor learner progress and competency development.
Provide constructive clinical feedback.
Identify individual learning gaps.
Maintain learner assessment and training records.
Collect learner feedback and continuously improve programs.

Identify emerging requirements in nursing education and simulation.

Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Essential
B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Valid nursing registration as applicable.
Preferred
M.Sc. Nursing
Qualification in Nursing Education
Certification in Simulation-Based Education
BLS / ACLS certification
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
