- Responsible for execution and documentation of the developmental and cGMP Purification / Chiral separation activities by preparative chromatographic techniques.
- Following and ensuring the safety practices in the laboratory.
- Responsible for the good housekeeping in the laboratory.
- Monitoring the environmental conditions in the laboratory.
- Following and maintaining quality systems in cGMP purification services department.
- Following all the departmental and applicable SOPs in the laboratory.
- Requesting for the issuance of documents from QA.
- Operation of the equipment’s namely, Preparative HPLC instrument, Novasep DAC column packer, Precision balance, Sonicator, Rotavapor’s, in the purification services department.
- Performing the cleaning of the equipment’s as per the predefined procedure.
Ensuring the Data Integrity and to follow the valuable documentation practices in the laboratory.
