- Occupational Therapist

Role Overview:-Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy programs focusing on sensory integration, activities of daily living (ADLs), motor skills, and functional independence for children with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Requirements:-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) with prior clinical experience working with pediatric populations and special needs children.

Timing:-10:00 AM to 6:15 PM

Salary:- INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and interview).

- ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist

Role Overview:- Design and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs, track behavioral data, manage challenging behaviors, and work on communication and social skill development.

Key Requirements:- Background in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields with certified training in ABA (RBT certification is a robust plus) and hands-on experience in behavior modification.

Timing:- 10:00 AM to 6:15 PM





Salary:- INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and interview).

- Front Desk Receptionist

Role Overview:-Serve as the welcoming face of Mother's Belief. Handle patient inquiries, schedule therapy appointments, manage clinic front-office operations, coordinate billing, and maintain client records professionally.

Key Requirements:- Excellent verbal communication, proficiency in basic computer applications, and a warm, organized demeanor suited for a pediatric healthcare environment.

Timing:-10:00 AM to 6:15 PM

Salary:- INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and interview).

- Special Care Nanny / Child Care Assistant

Role Overview: Assist therapists and families by providing attentive, compassionate day-to-day care, supervision, and support for special needs children during sessions and center activities.

Key Requirements:- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine love for working with children and prior caregiving experience.

Timing:- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary:- INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
