Role Description This full-time, in office Textile Designer role is based in Faridabad.

The Textile

Designer will create and develop fabric designs, patterns, and prints for apparel collections, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, preparing artwork and graphics for textiles, coordinating with production teams to translate designs into samples, and refining designs based on feedback. The role involves researching trends, colors, and materials, maintaining design libraries, and ensuring technical specifications are accurate for manufacturing.



Collaboration with merchandising and sourcing teams to meet timelines and quality standards is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Embroidery and Textile Prints for creating detailed, market-ready fabric designs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to develop digital artwork and layouts for textiles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Textiles, including knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and production processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sense of color, pattern, and composition, with the ability to interpret trend reports and buyer requirements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, production, and merchandising teams.
