We are looking for a highly skilled Test Engineer L3 to join our dynamic Quality Engineering and Testing team at Wipro Technologies, within the TS - Industry Cloud & Digital service line. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, specifically using Selenium WebDriver. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our automated testing capabilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality web-based applications.

As a Test Engineer L3, you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to thoroughly understand project requirements, enabling you to design comprehensive test strategies and execute automated testing scripts that cover functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios. Your expertise will contribute to integrating automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, thereby streamlining release cycles and improving deployment reliability.

Key responsibilities include analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working collaboratively with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions. You will also champion improvements in test automation coverage, aiming to reduce manual testing efforts, foster efficiency, and boost overall product quality. Your participation in code reviews will ensure compliance with best practices in automation development.

- Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Engage with clients through detailed discussions and product demonstrations to gather insights and translate these into precise technical requirement documents that serve as a foundation for testing activities.
- Creation of Test Cases:



Develop comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements, ensuring extensive coverage across various modules and features to validate end-to-end functionality.
- Test Data and Environment Setup: Design and implement data validation scenarios critical for comprehensive testing; coordinate with client stakeholders to establish and verify appropriate test environments that reflect production settings.
- Test Execution and Result Analysis: Conduct thorough functional and regression testing cycles to identify discrepancies, document the outcomes meticulously, and maintain detailed test evidence. Manage defect tracking efficiently by logging issues in the test management system and updating statuses until resolution.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and progress. Prepare clear and insightful test review documentation for varied audiences within the organization.

- Strong expertise as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), with proven experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, and familiarity with other automation tools and test frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex test results and rapidly identify root causes of defects.
- Proficient in integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery models.
- Robust understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working within cross-functional Agile teams and contributing to iterative development cycles.
- Strong proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
