Job Summary

We are looking for a GeM Tendering Specialist responsible for managing the complete tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), from identifying relevant opportunities to bid submission, reverse auctions,



order finalisation and post-order coordination.

The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Product, Technical, Finance and Service teams to ensure timely, accurate and commercially viable participation in government tenders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in GeM tendering / Government tendering.

Strong knowledge of the GeM portal and tender process.

Good understanding of technical and commercial tender documents.

Excellent Excel/MIS skills.

Strong documentation and follow-up ability.

Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Technical, Service and Management teams.

- Experience with reverse auctions and government procurement will be an advantage.
