Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls. In this position, the specialist will contact potential and existing clients, present Kheewa’s consulting and promotional services, and follow up to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Daily activities include understanding client needs, explaining service offerings, handling queries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales system.





The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, participating in sales training, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries and build client relationships.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with openness to continuous learning and improvement.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and basic technical proficiency.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in telesales, business development, or consulting services is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
