Role Description The Telugu Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation, review, and delivery of high-quality Telugu-language learning content for ShikshaVertex’s programs. This on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves coordinating a team of content creators and instructors, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to academic and quality standards.

The Team

Lead will manage daily workflows, provide feedback and mentorship to team members, and collaborate with curriculum designers and project managers to align Telugu content with overall program goals.



The role includes resolving language and content-related issues, reporting on team performance, and supporting continuous improvement of Telugu courses and resources.

Qualifications

- Strong command of Telugu and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading or coordinating teams in education, e-learning, content development, or a related field.
- Background in curriculum design, academic content creation, or teaching, preferably for college-level learners.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and online learning platforms; basic proficiency with productivity and collaboration software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Telugu language, Linguistics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education.
- Previous experience in the edtech or upskilling domain, and familiarity with the needs of Indian college students, is preferred.
