Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales Representative role based in Coimbatore.

The Telesales

Representative will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present solutions, and generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining product or service features clearly, handling queries, and maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. The role involves updating CRM systems, tracking call outcomes, following up on leads,



and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

The Telesales

Representative will also coordinate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and contribute feedback to improve sales scripts and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
