Work From Home | Horticulture & Berry Crop Segment

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our business development activities in the Horticulture and Berry Crop segment, with a specific focus on Blueberry and Strawberry cultivation.

Key Responsiblity

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, growers, nurseries, and agri-input dealers
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for Blueberry, Strawberry, and other horticulture products
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information
- Handle inbound enquiries and ensure timely lead allocation
- Schedule appointments and field visits for the Field Sales Executive team
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/database




- Coordinate with Field Sales Executives for lead handover and status updates
- Achieve assigned daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and call records

Preferred Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and skilled telephone etiquette
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Agriculture, or Horticulture will be an advantage TO APPLY
