Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will call leads, understand their requirements, pitch suitable properties, and move them toward site visits, meetings and closures. This is a target-driven role with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and prospects
- Follow up on inquiries from portals, campaigns and referrals
- Understand client needs, budget and investment goals, and recommend suitable properties
- Explain project details, payment plans and market opportunities clearly
- Book appointments and property viewings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



leads and follow-ups in the CRM
- Achieve monthly call, appointment and sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telesales, inside sales, or field sales). Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi is required. Additional languages (Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc.) are an advantage
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Confident, energetic phone presence
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and resilient
- Willing to work from Dubai only and relocate immediately (for candidates applying from India)
