Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to photography professionals, businesses, and customers, providing information about Camartes services and guiding users through registration, bookings, and inquiries. Daily tasks include explaining platform features, qualifying leads, updating call logs and CRM records, and following up to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

The role involves understanding customer needs, addressing questions or concerns,



and coordinating with internal teams to improve service quality and user experience. The Telecaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, courteous, and solution-focused communication style.

Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and courteous telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calling, lead qualification, and basic customer support with a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience using computers, CRM or call management tools, and maintaining accurate call records.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up, and customer relationship building, preferably in a marketplace or service-based business.
- Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to explain platform features in a simple, structured way.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment and managing time effectively across multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is an advantage; familiarity with photography or creative industries is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in any discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
