Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Ludhiana.

The Tele

Caller will contact potential and existing clients to share information about Wedding Asia events, offerings, and services, and will encourage participation or bookings.

Responsibilities include making outbound and handling inbound calls, explaining event details, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations and leads in the database or CRM. The role involves following scripts and guidelines, meeting call and conversion targets, coordinating with sales and marketing teams on lead follow-up, and providing feedback on customer preferences.





The Tele

Caller will also assist in post-event follow-ups, basic customer support, and maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer service, relationship building, and handling objections professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including data entry and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage call volumes and follow-up tasks.
- Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset and an interest in the wedding or events industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana full time, meet performance targets, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Prior telecalling, call center, or sales support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school/secondary education; a diploma or degree in any field is an advantage.
