About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Telecaller for our Credence real estate brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, pitching our real estate solutions, and scheduling property visits to drive overall business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make cold and warm calls to potential buyers, tenants, and property owners to generate quality leads.
- Lead Qualification & Pitching: Understand client requirements, explain our property management and sales offerings, and pitch relevant residential or commercial options.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book property viewings and site visits for the field sales and business development teams.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client preferences,



and pipeline status in the real estate CRM system.
- Client Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Perform consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture prospects, address inquiries, and convert interest into active site visits.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Representative, or Customer Support Specialist (preferably in Real Estate).
- Excellent verbal communication, phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and query-handling abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software/call logging systems.
