You will call enquiries and leads, explain our memberships and book gym visits and trials for the sales team. Full time role with incentives.
Salary will be discussed during the interview.
What you'll do
- Call and follow up with new leads and enquiries
- Explain memberships, programs and offers
- Book gym visits and free trial sessions
- Call members for renewals and offers
- Update every call in the CRM or sheet
- Share daily call reports with the sales manager
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support
- Freshers with good communication are welcome
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English
- Clear, polite and convincing on the phone
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
