Design, develop, and maintain solutions using IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM Case Manager. Configure and manage document repositories, content stores, and metadata models. Develop case management applications, workflows, and business processes. Customize and extend IBM Content Navigator (ICN) applications and plugins. Design and implement document lifecycle management and records management solutions. Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.

Configure security models, access controls, and governance policies. Create and manage workflows using Process Engine and Case Manager. Support content migration, archival, and digitization initiatives.

Troubleshoot performance, workflow, and repository issues. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
