Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd. (DTSS) is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to join our Technical Services team and manage day-to-day technical operations at the Philips facility in Bangalore.

? Take-Home Salary: ₹38,000 per month

? Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day technical facility operations.

- Supervise maintenance activities for Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire & Life Safety systems.
- Coordinate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Supervise technicians, vendors and OEM service partners.
- Attend and coordinate technical breakdowns and service complaints.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring issues.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, checklists, PM records and technical documentation.
- Coordinate planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and technical requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly technical reports.
- Support energy conservation,



equipment reliability and cost optimization initiatives.

⚙️ Technical KnowledgeCandidates with working knowledge of one or more of the following are preferred:

HVAC | HT/LT | Transformers | DG | UPS | MDB/SMDB/DB | Pumps & Motors | Fire & Life Safety | Plumbing | BMS | ELV | Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

? Qualification & Experience• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, related engineering discipline preferred.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical facility management, MEP operations, building maintenance or a similar technical setting.
- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple technical activities.
