Technical Recruiter

Experience: 1–5 Years

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
- Work on multiple requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Boolean search and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
