Technical Operations Manager – ALM (IBM ELM Tool Suite)

Experience: 10+ years in Production Support applications

Role Summary The Technical Operations Manager – ALM governs, optimizes and supports the IBM Application Lifecycle Management (ALM/ELM) Tool Suite, with a focus on RUN operations. The role connects business stakeholders, engineering teams, RUN IT operations, the tool vendor (Editor) and partner teams. The goal is operational excellence, standardization, compliance and digital transformation, while ensuring ALM services meet quality standards, SLAs and business continuity requirements.

The role owns application operations, service reliability, governance, continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Mandatory Skills





- Functional and technical knowledge of the IBM ALM/ELM tool suite
- GitLab and ALM integration knowledge
- 10+ years' experience handling Production Support applications
- ITIL certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems: server, database, network and storage
- Positive hands-on experience with GitLab, including backend GitLab
- Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and Runners
- Working knowledge of version control and source code management
- Hands-on experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Service Request and Change Management (RCA, PIR, SLA/KPI governance)
