Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead who combines strong hands-on technical expertise with the ability to lead end to end project execution and team management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software/platform development along with proven experience in project planning, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Provide hands on technical guidance in software / platform / stack development with strong C/C++ programming skill set.
- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical decision making.
- Guide teams in solving complex technical challenges and ensuring high quality implementations.
- Ensure best practices related to code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Support integration, testing, and release activities.

Project Management

- Own and drive end to end project execution across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Track progress against milestones and ensure timely, high quality delivery.
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment with business and organizational priorities.





Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and contributors.
- Balance delivery commitments with technical excellence and team capacity.
- Enable skill development, coaching, and performance growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly.
- Coordinate effectively with product, architecture, quality, DevOps, and leadership teams.
- Present technical and project updates confidently to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

- 8+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.
- Strong technical background in C / C++ or system level software development.
- Proven experience leading complex software project management end to end.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Secure, and delivery governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of efficient use of AI across the SDLC
