Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Intern role based in the Pune District.

The Technical

Intern will support research and development activities related to biomaterials and sustainable textile applications, including laboratory experiments, sample preparation, and data collection.

Responsibilities include assisting with process optimization, documenting test results, maintaining lab equipment,



and following safety and quality protocols. The intern will collaborate with the technical team to analyze findings, prepare technical reports or presentations, and contribute to the development of new material formulations. The role may also involve coordinating with external partners, supporting pilot trials, and helping translate lab-scale innovations into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in materials science, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Ability to conduct laboratory work, including sample preparation, basic testing, and accurate documentation of results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret experimental data and suggest improvements.
- Interest in sustainability, circular economy principles, and environmentally responsible product development.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune District, follow safety procedures, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant undergraduate or graduate program; prior internship or project experience in materials or textiles is a plus.
