Company Description IoTechWorld Avigation Pvt Ltd is an India-based drone technology company focused on applications in agriculture, survey, and surveillance. The company develops AI-enabled solutions for drone-based operations, including AGRIBOT, India’s first government-approved agri-spray drone. It designs specialized farm-survey drones equipped with multispectral and hyperspectral cameras to support precision and proactive farming.

IoTechWorld also builds its own LiDAR systems for highly accurate aerial surveys, achieving up to 5 cm accuracy with GCP. In surveillance, the company undertakes projects for DRDO and other defense organizations, offering opportunities to work on advanced and impactful technology.

Role Description The Technical Documentation Engineer will create, organize, and maintain clear and accurate documentation for IoTechWorld’s drones, AI applications, and related systems. This full time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves developing user manuals, technical guides, standard operating procedures, and maintenance documentation for internal teams and end users. The role includes collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to gather information, interpret technical specifications, and translate complex concepts into user-friendly documents.

The Technical Documentation

Engineer will also ensure consistency in document formats, manage version control,



and support compliance and certification processes by keeping documentation up to date. Regular review and improvement of existing documentation, as well as contributing to knowledge bases and training materials, will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Documentation and Documentation for complex hardware and software products.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Writing and Manuals creation for end users and technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Document Management, including version control, template standardization, and archiving.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with engineering or product development teams, preferably in drones, robotics, aerospace, or related technology domains.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, PDF editors, and markup or documentation platforms) and basic design/layout principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical documentation roles.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
