Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter–SAP Integration Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of PLM–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST, PLMSI, and C4NT. The role will focus on integrating Teamcenter with SAP and Opcenter across materials, BOMs, documents, change management, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST and PLMSI.
- Configure and develop integrations for Material, EBOM, MBOM, BOP, BOE, Documents, and Change Management (ECN/MCN).
- Design and implement EBOM-to-MBOM transfer and synchronization to maintain a single source of truth.
- Implement BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment) integrations.
- Design and implement Opcenter Bill of Process integration using C4NT.
- Define data mappings, transformation rules, validations, effectivity, revision control, and lifecycle synchronization.
- Conduct requirement gathering and translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes and identify integration touchpoints.
- Prepare IDS, mapping specifications, technical design documents,



and other integration artifacts.
- Develop and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, and templates.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing mechanisms.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration issues while ensuring data consistency, performance, and reliability.
- Manage requirements and defects using Azure DevOps (ADO/AVD).
- Collaborate with PLM, SAP, Opcenter, manufacturing, and business teams.
- Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, validation, and defect resolution.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to integration and development best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter and SAP integration.
- Hands-on expertise with T4S/T4ST, PLMSI, and C4NT.
- Robust understanding of EBOM, MBOM, BOP, BOE, Material Master, Documents, and Change Management.
- Experience with Opcenter integration and manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of effectivity, revisions, lifecycle states, mappings, and data synchronization.
- Experience in T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, templates, error handling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and defect management.
- Strong technical documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
